Kavarna hosts the first golf tournament in Bulgaria from the world-famous Volvo World Match Play. The award is estimated at 3 million EUR. It is expected that the best golf players will arrive in the coastal resort. Thracian Cliffs is the name of the unique golf playground where the participants will show their skills. The world elite players will be able to enjoy the seascapes.

The golf event was officially opened yesterday. All participants are divided into groups of three players. The best 16 golf players will be further qualified on Saturday. The final of Volvo World Match Play takes place on Sunday. This year the winner of the golf tournament will receive the amount of 800 000 EUR which is 250 000 EUR more than the last year. The security and comfort of the participants are ensures since the official sponsor of the event VOLVO has provided a limited edition of 30 cars Volvo XC 90 Champion edition. /p>
